Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a performance-minded Graphic Designer who understands how design supports acquisition and retention outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who is hard working, adaptable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced agency environment.
The right candidate takes feedback well, iterates quickly, and values continuous improvement. You are somebody excited to grow at a scaling agency, contribute, learn and collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, and other creatives.
Responsibilities
- Design static and animated ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
- Translate creative strategy, hooks, and messaging into clear, conversion-focused visual assets
- Edit still images with motion elements, GIFs, and subtle animations to improve performance
- Produce multiple creative variations efficiently to support testing and iteration
- Write and adapt copy directly within ad designs, including headlines, body text, and CTAs
- Make thoughtful copy decisions that improve clarity, engagement, and conversion
- Design high-converting email layouts for campaigns and lifecycle flows
- Create scalable email templates that support promotions, launches, and retention efforts
- Ensure email and ad designs are mobile-first and optimized for readability and click-through
- Collaborate closely with strategists, media buyers, and editors to execute creative concepts
- Interpret performance feedback and apply learnings to future creative iterations
- Maintain organized design files, versioning, and handoff processes
- Help train, guide, and oversee junior designers and freelance designers
- Review creative work for quality, consistency, and performance alignment
- Support agency-facing materials including pitch decks, strategy decks, and internal presentations
- Use AI tools to be at the cutting edge of new technology
Qualifications
- 5 years graphic design experience
- Experience with digital ads and a performance-oriented mindset
- Experience designing for paid social advertising and email marketing
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Ability to create GIFs and light motion from still assets (Photoshop animation, After Effects, or similar)
- Comfortable writing copy for ad creative and making copy decisions within designs
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple deadlines
- Receptive to feedback and comfortable working in an iterative environment
- Strong interest in marketing, performance creative, and conversion-driven design
