The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a Campus Beverage and Vending Operations Manager for upcoming project opportunity: Campus-Wide Beverage Vending and Pouring Rights.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify the service locations and coverage needed for UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services.
• Match UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services service activities to the required operating hours.
• Assign the available personnel to UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services service activities.
• Check the equipment and supplies needed for UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services operations.
• Prepare working instructions for recurring UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services activities.
• Review completed UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services activities against the service requirements.
• Investigate interruptions affecting UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services service coverage.
• Arrange corrective action for recurring UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services service failures.
• Reconcile the records of UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services services performed.
• Explain UNC Charlotte beverage vending and pouring-rights services service results and outstanding operating needs to the client.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience performing Campus Beverage and Vending Operations Manager responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
