The Opportunity

FuntoNetwork is seeking a qualified consultant for an upcoming project: Sourcing Event- RFP 30-2025-037-DHB Contract Lifecycle Management System. The selected consultant will provide the personnel, delivery capacity, compliance evidence, and commercial proposal needed for the work package described below.

Core Responsibilities

• Support integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Adobe, DocuSign, ServiceNow, and NCFS where applicable.
• Define the records and fields required by each North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform interface.
• Check the existing North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform inputs for conversion problems.
• Specify the transformations needed for North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform exchanges.
• Implement the assigned North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform interface components.
• Add validation checks to the North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform exchanges.
• Test normal and exception North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform exchanges.
• Reconcile transferred North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform records with their source values.
• Diagnose and correct North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform conversion or interface failures.
• Document the North Carolina Medicaid contract lifecycle platform mappings, error handling and reconciliation results.

Consultant Qualifications & Client Compliance

• Relevant experience for this project-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against project deadlines and client requirements.
• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide complete role-specific application materials.
