Greenskeeper

Oneida Golf & Country Club, located in Green Bay, WI, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greenskeeper! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

• Maintains clean and organized work areas on the golf course and maintenance facility
• Rake bunkers, mows greens, approaches, fairways, rough, tees and other areas
• Grades and prepares soil base, lays sod and seeds greens, tees and fairways
• Trims and prunes hedges and shrubbery; cleans flower beds
• Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
• 40 Hours / week plus some weekend mornings through the golfing season

• Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e., the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English)

• Frequently uses hands
• Regularly stands, walks, sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, and crawls
• Frequently lifts, moves, and carries up to 50 pounds; to push or pull up to 100 pounds
• Regularly exposed to hot and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, compact spaces, hot attic temperatures, and outside weather conditions
• Noise level is moderate
