Greeter

Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $18/hr | Schedule: Sundays OFF with another day during the week

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Greeter / Service Valet to welcome customers, maintain a clean and stocked lobby, and assist with valet services. This hands-on role works both inside the dealership and outside on the service drive to support a smooth customer experience. 

What You’ll Do: 

Lobby & Guest Experience 

• Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership.
• Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and customer areas.
• Monitor and restock coffee, water, snacks, supplies, and other customer amenities as needed.
• Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member

Service Valet Responsibilities 

• Greet customers arriving for Service and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
• Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
• Assist Service Advisors and the Service Department with customer flow.

What You’ll Need:

• A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills
• Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
