Location: Cerritos, CA (On site) | Type: Full Time | Hourly Rate: $18/hr | Schedule: Sundays OFF with another day during the week
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Greeter / Service Valet to welcome customers, maintain a clean and stocked lobby, and assist with valet services. This hands-on role works both inside the dealership and outside on the service drive to support a smooth customer experience.
What You’ll Do:
Lobby & Guest Experience
Welcome and greet customers as they enter the dealership.
Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and customer areas.
Monitor and restock coffee, water, snacks, supplies, and other customer amenities as needed.
Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
Service Valet Responsibilities
Greet customers arriving for Service and assist with vehicle drop-off and pick-up.
Park and retrieve customer vehicles safely and efficiently.
Move vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas as needed.
Assist Service Advisors and the Service Department with customer flow.
What You’ll Need:
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Excellent organizational and follow up skills
Previous dealership, valet, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
