We are looking for a greeter with restaurant and/or hospitality experience to join our Bricktop's team! Our greeters are friendly and energetic, creating a positive first impression of Brick Top's standards. As the first and last person our guests see, our Greeter's play an important role in the guest's overall experience. They greet guests upon arrival, help manage reservations and wait times, escort guests to their tables, and work alongside our team to keep service running.

Other duties include:

• Greet incoming and departing guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.

• Answer incoming calls to the restaurant and provide appropriate service

• Manage the flow of guests into the Dining and Bar areas, provide accurate wait times to incoming guests if appropriate

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift

• A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team

• Passion for providing extraordinary service

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

• Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive
