We are looking for a grill cook to join our unique, upscale style restaurant, LoLa 42, located in the heart of Boston's Seaport District, MA. Grill cooks are responsible for cooking and preparing menu items as requested. Grill cooks are responsible for stocking the necessary food preparation stations. Grill cooks must maintain a clean working space during and after business hours. We are looking for full time employees who have at least 2 years+ of experience in cooking and culinary work. High volume production experience is a must, demonstrating the capability to handle a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key, as the role requires the ability to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
