Grind Operator - 2nd shift

Looking for a skilled Grind Operator in Lebanon, NH? This full-time second shift opportunity offers up to $34.00/hour and the chance to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, quality, and safety are highly valued.
Responsibilities:

• Operate grinding machines after setups have been completed and change conventional grind wheels on internal machines as required
• Inspect parts using gauges and measuring tools to ensure products meet specifications and tolerances
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records
• Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, or unusual operating conditions to supervision

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout an 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Hours: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm (Second Shift)
