Looking for a high-paying manufacturing opportunity? We are immediately seeking a Grind Operator in Lebanon, NH for a full-time second shift position offering up to $34.00/hour. Join a team-oriented environment where attention to detail, quality workmanship, and safety are valued. Responsibilities:
Operate grinding equipment after machine setups have been completed and perform conventional grind wheel changes on internal machines as required
Conduct visual inspections and gauge checks to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
Maintain production records and move materials and parts as needed throughout the manufacturing process
Identify and report equipment issues, defective materials, and unusual operating conditions while following all safety guidelines
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to follow written work instructions, procedures, and quality standards
Strong situational awareness and commitment to workplace safety
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
