Grinder/Machine Operator

We are currently seeking a dependable night shift team member to join our team as a Grinder/Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn machine operation, and the ability to read micrometers accurately.

MonThurs, 3:00 pm 3:00 am
Pay
$20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Learn and operate a Morgoil product grinder (training provided for the right candidate)
Perform in-process checks to ensure quality and accuracy
Measure parts using micrometers and record results
Make basic machine adjustments as trained
Follow all safety and quality procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate effectively during shift handoff and with supervisors
Minimum Requirements
Must be able to read micrometers
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation
Reliable attendance and ability to work MonThurs, 3pm3am
Ability to follow work instructions and quality standards
Safety boots
Preferred Education and Experience
Prior machine operating, grinding, machining, or manufacturing experience
Experience with other measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
