    Employment Type: Temporary, part-time. 
    Shift: Days
    Hours Per Week: 24 hour/week
    Hiring range: $ 17.51 - $23.42
     
     

    Below are the shift differentials based on eligible shifts worked:

     
    • Weekday evening shift - additional 10%
    • Weekday night shift - additional 15%
    • Weekend day shift - additional 10%
    • Weekend evening & night shifts - additional 21%
    The actual compensation for this position will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
     
    Responsibilities:
     
    • Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and
    • Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the
    • Removes debris and takes care of hazardous
    • Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or
    • Installs, sets up, removes, transports, maintains specialty equipment, furniture and materials for seasonal and special events.
    • Operates and maintains equipment to perform snow removal, ice treatment, mowing, planting, cultivating, trimming and other activities while monitoring weather conditions.

    Complexity of Work:

    • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment. Must be able to speak, read, write and follow instructions in English.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

    Licensure Protective Equipment: 

    • Driver’s license required.

    Education:

    • High school diploma or GED or three (3) years relevant experience required.
