Nurse residents will apply for one of the following specialty tracks based on their career interests and goals: Emergency Department (ED) : Develop expertise in rapid assessment, triage, emergency interventions, trauma care, and critical decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Intensive Care Unit (ICU) : Master advanced critical care skills including hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, complex medication administration, and care of critically ill patients.
