Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Groundskeepers for available positions. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to maintain outdoor areas, landscaped grounds, and property surroundings in a clean, safe, and presentable condition.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain lawns, gardens, landscaped areas, and outdoor spaces
- Mow lawns, trim grass, and edge walkways as needed
- Remove weeds, leaves, litter, and other debris
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other vegetation
- Sweep sidewalks, pathways, parking areas, and outdoor common areas
- Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other groundskeeping equipment safely
- Perform basic outdoor maintenance and minor repairs as assigned
- Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition
- Follow workplace safety procedures and proper equipment-handling guidelines
- Report property damage, hazards, or maintenance concerns to a supervisor
- Perform other groundskeeping and general maintenance duties as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, custodial, or general labor experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to safely operate basic landscaping equipment preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move equipment, tools, and supplies as required
- Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
