Groundskeeper

Position Overview:

IMT Residential is hiring a Service Assistant (Groundskeeper) for IMT Cool Springs, 860-unit luxury community in Franklin. The schedule for this role is full time, Monday - Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. This is an entry-level role with a path to grow into a Maintenance Technician role.

Position Details:

As a Service Assistant(Groundskeeper), you will create an environment where people will want to live.  You will maintain the property to ensure pleasant curb appeal and good working order while providing customer service to your residents.  This is an excellent opportunity for a person who enjoys hands-on work to enter the maintenance field, learn from your teammates, and grow your career.

• Maintain grounds including cleaning and removing trash on a daily basis
• Clean common areas such as pool and spa, fitness center, laundry room, offices, clubroom etc.
• Perform minor exterior painting and repairs
• Assist Service Technicians with preparing apartments for new residents
• Additional projects and/​or duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager
