    Job Opportunity: Groundskeeper

    Are you a meticulous and dependable team player that takes pride in maintaining clean, safe and well-kept facilities? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as a Groundskeeper at our Minden location.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Perform mowing and grounds maintenance at the assigned location
    • Operate, maintain, and perform basic repairs on grounds and maintenance equipment
    • Assist with harvest activities as needed
    • Support general maintenance and painting projects
    • Provide backup support to the logistics department, including:
    • Loading trucks
    • Loading railcars
    • Running the scale

    Working Hours:
    • Monday- Friday 8am- 4:30pm with additional hours as required during harvest and as required throughout the year

    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Valid driver’s license
    • Strong communication skills
    • Ability to multi‑task and manage scheduling needs
    • Ability to safely operate and drive a company vehicle
    • Willingness to assist across departments as needed
    • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to others and work well as a team
    • Basic computer experience
