Groundskeeper

Pay: $13.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Part-Time
Hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM or 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Groundskeeper to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of a residential community.

This position plays an important role in keeping the property's grounds, amenities, parking areas, and buildings clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents and visitors.

The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and can complete daily maintenance tasks efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect and dispose of trash and debris throughout the property.

• Maintain cleanliness of breezeways, parking lots, landscaping beds, and common areas.

• Perform basic landscaping duties, including weeding and edging.

• Use blowers to clear walkways and other outdoor areas.

• Water plants and assist with general landscape upkeep.

• Help maintain the appearance of building exteriors and community amenities.

• Identify and report areas needing additional maintenance or attention.

• Perform other general groundskeeping duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Dependable, punctual, and hardworking.

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending, walking, standing, and repetitive movements.

• Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, attractive surroundings.

• Willingness to perform routine trash collection and landscaping duties.

• Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus.

Work Environment

This is a part-time, outdoor position involving daily property cleanup and basic landscaping maintenance.
