The Groundskeeper will maintain landscaping, gardens, parking lots, and all other property.
Responsibilities
- Mowing lawn
- Lawn maintenance
- General labor duties
- Snow plowing
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- 1+ years of experience as a Groundskeeper (Lawn maintenance, gardening, snow plowing, general labor duties)
- Possess and maintain a safe driving record
- Acquire own set of tools to perform the job
- Able to interact and communicate with all staff and management
- Can read and follow instructions
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job
- Must be able to tolerate weather conditions including extreme heat and extreme cold
- Physically be able to reach, lift, climb ladders, crawl, or any other function of the role
