Location: Fort Worth, TX 76052 (Near Haslet, TX)

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Start Date: Immediate Opening

BG Staffing is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Groundskeeper/Porter to join a thriving apartment community in the Fort Worth area near Haslet. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean and attractive property, works well independently, and enjoys being part of a team-focused environment.

Job Duties

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of community grounds, parking lots, breezeways, and common areas
• Remove trash, debris, and other litter throughout the property
• Assist with basic landscaping and exterior upkeep
• Support the maintenance team with general property-related tasks
• Prepare vacant apartments by removing trash and completing light cleaning duties
• Help ensure the community remains safe, clean, and welcoming for residents and visitors
• Complete daily assignments in a timely and efficient manner
• Work independently while collaborating with onsite staff as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a porter, groundskeeper, landscaper, or in general labor is preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage tasks effectively
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellent work performance
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team-oriented with the ability to work alongside maintenance and management staff
• Able to prioritize responsibilities and remain productive throughout the day
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high property standards
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods
