Primary mission:

To maintain the exterior of the hotel in excellent condition by performing all necessary services to the unit exterior entrances and platforms.

SCOPE OF WORK + TEAM

• Reports to Chief Engineer
• Supports special Engineering department in small projects

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the cleanliness of public areas, unit entrances & walkways 75%
• Responsible for minor maintenance 10%
• Responsible for minor grounds work 10%
• Responsible for recyclables 5%
• Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
