Carnivale is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven sales professional to help grow our private dining, corporate events, social celebrations, weddings, holiday parties, and group dining business.
This is an opportunity to build relationships, create memorable guest experiences, and participate in a team-based revenue sharing program tied directly to Group Dining sales performance.
Compensation
Base Salary: $45,000 annually
In addition to base salary, Sales Managers participate in Carnivale''s Team-Based Revenue Sharing Incentive Program. Incentive compensation is paid weekly and is based on Group Dining revenue performance.
Carnivale''s Group Dining department has historically generated between $3 million and $4 million in annual revenue, creating significant earning potential beyond base salary.
This position is ideal for hospitality professionals seeking a collaborative, team-based sales environment with substantial earning potential beyond base salary.
