    Description

    Welcome to Strong!
At Strong, we believe fitness is more than reps and results—it’s about building people. With over 15 years of impact, we serve athletes of all ages with one mission: to Care, Educate, and Inspire.

We’re hiring a Group Fitness Instructor with a passion for developing athletes—whether that’s youth, teens, or adults. You don’t need to coach all three—but if you can, you’ll earn more and grow faster within our system.

    About the Role
You’ll coach in a high-energy, structured environment with access to turf, rigs, sleds, and Strong’s progressive curriculum. We’re hiring across all levels—and coaches who can confidently coach more than one age group will be prioritized and rewarded. Depending on your skillset and schedule, you may lead:

Group classes (youth, teen, or adult)
    • Personal training and semi-private sessions
    • Team practices (on-site and off-site with schools or clubs)
    • You’ll also communicate with families (when applicable), support trial consultations, and partner with Program Leads to maintain consistency and outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coach safe, structured group sessions for youth, teen, or adult clients
    • Deliver personal training and small-group sessions that drive results
    • Lead team practices when assigned (including occasional off-site locations)
    • Adapt your approach based on client age, needs, and goals
    • Communicate with parents or clients clearly and professionally
    • Track attendance, effort, and retention
    • Work with Program Leads to maintain session quality and progression

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ year of coaching experience (group or private, any age group)
    • Ability to coach one of the following: youth, teen, or adult fitness
    • Strong energy, presence, and professionalism
    • CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain)

    Preferred:

    • Experience coaching multiple age groups (youth, teen, and/or adult)
    • Nationally accredited certification (NASM, NSCA, CSCS, ACE, etc.)
    • S&C or speed/agility background
    • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field
