Group Lead - Warehouse - Catalyst Brands

Principal Responsibilities and Duties:

• Leads work activities including:

• Scheduling and balancing workload of other associates

• Training and coaching associates in basic procedures and techniques

• Verifying data and work of others

• Participates in accomplishing prescribed work activities of the assigned department

• Responds to and initiates inquiries and reports

• Cooperates with other areas by providing for and distributing the necessary workload to ensure that deadlines are met

• Provides input to associate performance review process, corrective action, and staffing needs

• Identifies problems and recommends solutions

• Performs other duties as assigned

Core Competencies & Accomplishments:

• Must have a "At Expectation" rating or better
• Must be rated at least at expectation in each of the core characteristics (accuracy, production, attendance, makes good use of time, responds cooperatively to supervision, communication/teamwork/engagement, safety, knowledge of functional area & cross training)
• Comprehensive knowledge of procedures and systems that apply to assigned area so workload and personnel decisions can be made in absence of supervisor
• Requires the ability to communicate orally and in writing correctly and concisely, and/or the ability to use arithmetic with accuracy and reasonable speed
• Must be detail oriented, well organized, and accurate
• Must have a developed sense of urgency
• Must be an engaged associate
• Familiarity with equipment or machines used in assigned area

Pay Range

USD $20.75/Hr -USD $26.38/Hr.
