Group Leader

Job Description:
Oversee daily production line operations in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Assign daily tasks, coordinate staffing coverage, oversee equipment setup and operation, and ensure raw materials are available for production. Monitor product quality, perform label checks, maintain accurate production records, and address issues to minimize downtime. Train and coach employees on equipment operation, production procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and food safety policies while working closely with the Production Supervisor.
