Job Description

Responsibilities:

Support Procure-to-Pay Transformation: Assist in implementing the selected eProcurement and Supply Chain Management platform, ensuring smooth adoption and integration across regions.
Process Improvement and Harmonization: Execute and maintain global best practices for procurement, compliance, order management, receiving, invoicing, and payment.
Global Supply Chain Strategy: Interface with Supply Chain Leadership to assist in the development and execution of a Supply Chain Strategy linked to the Company Vision and Mission
Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Operational Metrics: Develop, monitor and report on key Procure-to-Pay performance indicators, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Technology & Data Management: Maintain supply chain technology systems and master data accuracy (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Contract Management solutions).
Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, communication, and stakeholder engagement.
Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Service/Inside Sales, Planning, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, including Delegation of Authority and Signature Authority guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in procurement management or supply chain operations.
Must have experience with Procure-to-Pay /eProcurement transformation initiatives
- eProcurement/P2P implementations
- Supplier adoption of new procurement tools and processes
- Supplier enablement and onboarding
- Procurement process harmonization
Experience with platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, Jaggaer, GEP, Oracle Procurement Cloud, or similar solutions is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a track record of driving cross functional collaboration and delivering business results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving abilities
SAP experience strongly preferred
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI a plus).
Ability to create a strong and supportive culture through leading by example and inspiring others
Knowledge of AI and how it can be strategically applied to increase efficiency and effectiveness is highly desired.
Very good level of English (other language skills will be an advantage)
Ability to work effectively within a team and as an individual
Good organizational skills
Ability to work under the time pressure in changing environment
