Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • Experience developing AI and Security technologies to define technical product features.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • Experience in security, AI/ML, risk management and anti-abuse prevention.
  • Understanding the evolving landscape of security risks in the AI context including agentic workflows.
  • Excellent partnership skills with the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define and support the end-to-end product strategy and multi-year roadmap for AI Security within Search.
  • Drive a comprehensive AI security awareness for all Search developers, fostering a culture of secure coding and proactive threat modeling for AI-powered features.
  • Manage the full product life-cycle for key security initiatives, ensuring high-impact delivery and measurable risk reduction.
  • Collaborate with Research and Engineering to deliver AI-powered security features that anticipate rapidly evolving cyber threats to defend Search.
  • Lead the team through defining, identifying, collecting, and tracking appropriate product or business metrics, both quantitative and qualitative for new or existing products or business ventures.
