Prospect new groups with calls, emails and lead follow-up, and win back past customers.Close. Turn inquiries into bookings with proposals, quotes, confirmations, deposits and invoices.Connect. Build relationships that bring groups back year after year.Orchestrate. Plan group itineraries and brief our station, food service and retail teams so every visit runs smoothly.Travel. Represent the railroad at tourism trade shows, partner meetings and familiarization tours.Lead. Run the station on the Station Manager's days off.Measure.
