Group travel may include family reunions, celebrations, cruises, destination events, social groups, and other shared vacation experiences.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with researching group travel options
• Research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages
• Coordinate travel details for multiple travelers
• Communicate reservation information, deadlines, and supplier policies
• Maintain organized records for group reservations
• Assist with room or cabin selections when applicable
• Prepare group travel information and itineraries
• Communicate professionally with travelers throughout the planning process
• Provide support before and after travel
• Stay informed about supplier group programs and promotions

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple details and deadlines
• Comfortable using online platforms and technology

• Dependable and self-motivated
• Able to work independently in a remote environment

Travel, event planning, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
