Group Vacation Consultant

We are looking for a Group Vacation Consultant to help families, friends, and small groups research, plan, and book shared vacation experiences. This role involves working with group organizers to understand preferences, compare accommodations and activities, and coordinate reservation details. The consultant keeps travelers informed throughout the planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Discuss travel goals, dates, budgets, and preferences with group organizers
• Research cruises, resorts, and vacation packages suitable for groups
• Help travelers compare room, cabin, and activity options
• Coordinate reservations and organize individual traveler details
• Communicate supplier policies and payment deadlines
• Market group vacation services and maintain client relationships

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to organize multiple reservations and traveler details
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Attention to detail and dependable follow-through
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
