Job Description

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role fuels BillGO's acquisition engine, from digital, self-serve signups to the multi-touch campaigns that support Sales. You'll own execution and optimization of our acquisition channels end to end: standing up and running campaigns against first-party, third-party, and industry-level targeting; partnering with Creative and Engineering on testing and conversion rate optimization; building and managing the AI agents that power the work; supporting co-marketing with key partners; and reporting weekly on how performance is tracking against CAC and LTV. You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing and work closely with Sales and Brand to accelerate growth together.

What You'll Do

  • Stand up, launch, and continuously optimize acquisition campaigns (search, social, display) that drive digital, self-serve signups, managing budget pacing and targeting and owning the conversion path from first touch through enrollment.
  • Use first-party, third-party, and industry-level targeting data to find and reach qualified customers, rather than relying on broad, generic audiences.
  • Partner with Creative and Engineering to run structured creative tests (ad variants, landing pages) and own conversion rate optimization across the funnel, building and testing landing pages directly in HubSpot, our CMS, from ad through signup. Serve as the brand and message checkpoint for acquisition creative, not the primary creator.
  • Build and maintain the AI agents and automated systems that do real operational work for this role: campaign performance monitoring, pre-send creative and brand QA, and reporting. Direct what agents build next and review their output against set thresholds as our agent pipeline matures. This is a large and growing part of the job, not a side project.
  • Partner with Sales to understand and support the multi-touch, sales-assisted path some customers take, not just the pure self-serve path, and work with the Business Analyst and Data team to maintain attribution so credit and investment decisions reflect how customers actually convert.
  • Support co-marketing initiatives with key partners, ensuring campaigns target the right customers to deliver real impact for both sides.
  • Report weekly on channel and campaign performance, taking a data-driven approach throughout: optimize decisions against CAC and improving LTV rather than surface-level engagement metrics, merge channel performance data with internal customer data to answer real hypotheses, and factor predictive data into targeting decisions, not just historical performance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, marketing operations, or acquisition campaign execution, ideally in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience launching and optimizing acquisition campaigns (search, social, or display), including budget pacing and targeting.
  • Experience leveraging first-party, third-party, and industry-level data to target qualified audiences.
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and conversion funnels, comfortable building and testing within a CMS.
  • Comfortable partnering with Sales on multi-touch, sales-assisted conversion paths and attribution, not just a pure self-serve motion.
  • Genuine, hands-on experience building AI agents or automated marketing systems, not just using AI tools day to day. This is foundational to the role, not a nice-to-have.
  • A data-driven approach: comfortable reading performance data across systems and letting it guide day-to-day optimization decisions, in partnership with the Business Analyst and Data team.
  • A sharp editorial eye: strong judgment for brand and message consistency, comfortable flagging what's off before a customer ever sees it.
  • A strong collaborator: you work well across Sales, Brand, Data, and Engineering, take ownership of your execution, and partner closely with the VP of Growth Marketing, who supports day-to-day prioritization and cross-team alignment.

Preferred

  • Experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
  • Experience with test-and-learn or process engineering frameworks.
  • Experience supporting co-marketing or partner marketing programs.

Compensation

We offer a competitive total compensation package, including:

  • Base salary ($102,000 - $146,900)
  • Performance incentive (10%)
  • Equity opportunity (8,000 stock options)
  • Comprehensive health, retirement, and lifestyle benefits

This role is about more than compensation, it's about the opportunity to help small businesses get paid faster, reliably, and at scale.
