About Texas de Brazil: We're an upscale Brazilian steakhouse known for our authentic churrascaria experience. Our guests come for the all-you-can-eat grilled meats carved tableside, complemented by our fresh salad bar. We create memorable dining moments through exceptional food, hospitality, and showmanship.

What You'll Do:

• Cook premium meats over a live flame with precision and consistency
• Master the art of tableside carving and serving, engaging guests with knowledge and flair
• Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
• Work seamlessly with our front-of-house team to ensure smooth service
• Adapt to guest preferences while maintaining portion control and quality
• Keep your station organized and equipment well-maintained

What We're Looking For: You have experience cooking meats, a strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality. Physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential. Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
