They will manage the entire sales cycle -from prospecting leads and site evaluations to completion. Core Responsibilities • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue prospective clients, including construction companies, corporate campuses, government facilities, and event venues. • Needs Assessment: Evaluate customer security and site requirements (e.g., HVAC needs, ballistic ratings, bullet -proof glass) to recommend appropriate prefabricated or custom booth models. • Client Presentations: Conduct on -site meetings and product demonstrations, clearly articulating the features and compliance of the guard structures. • Bidding & Estimating: Prepare detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts in collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams. • Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with contractors, architects, and facility managers to ensure repeat business and smooth project delivery. Key Requirements • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of physical security solutions, access control, and architectural/construction standards. • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B outside sales, ideally within manufacturing, construction, or security sectors. • Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical specifications into client benefits. • Technical Aptitude: Ability to read blueprints, understand structural requirements, and utilize CRM software. Education: • High school diploma or equivalent is typically required; a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
