Guest Experience Leader

Lead a Full Force team at LA Campus to implement a fantastic 'One at a Time' guest experience from street to seat.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Lead the execution of Southeast's Guest Experience with intentionality and clarity.

• Recruit, train, lead, and appreciate volunteers for these areas of ministry:

• Greeters

• Ushers

• Parking Lot

• Hospitality

• New Here Team

• Connection Center Desk

• Weekday Building Hosts

• Special Event weekends & Holidays

• Ensure the sanctuary and atrium is prepared for weekend services.

• Create and manage ministry budget.

• Maintain alignment of the guest experience in conjunction with the mission, vision and strategies of Southeast Christian Church.

Our Requirements:

• Strong work ethic and a team player who interacts well with staff, members, and guests.
• Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Oldham County.
• Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs.
• Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
