Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
Alternatively - has degree or professional certificate from a foreign post- secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S. OR have 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training.
Minimum age of 18 with intermediate to advanced English skills. Passport: Must have a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.
Reference Letter: Provide a reference letter from your university.
Proof of University Accreditation: Submit documentation confirming the accreditation status of your university.
Proof of Academic Status: Include a document verifying your current academic status from your university.
University Diploma: If you have graduated, please provide a copy of your university diploma.
Exhibits a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
Must have full availability, that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands of the operation, be consistent in presentation and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Preferred qualifications:
Two years experience in a similar role.
Culinary Certificate or Degree.
Experience at a luxury hospitality property.
