Guest Room Attendant

ESSENTIAL JOBFUNCTIONS:

• Cleans and servicesassignedguest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and publicareas according tohotel standards.
• Changes bed linens, makesbeds, replaces towels, and replenishes guestroomamenities and supplies.
• Vacuums, dusts, mops, andsanitizes all assignedareas to ensurea clean, safe, andwelcoming environment.
• Inspects rooms forcleanliness, maintenanceconcerns, and missingor damaged items; reports issues promptlyto theappropriate department.
• Removes trash,soiled linens, andusedguest items fromroomsand designated areas.
• Restocks housekeeping cartswith linens, towels, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities.
• Respondspromptly and courteouslyto guest requestswhile maintaining privacyand confidentiality.
• Follows proper proceduresfor handlinglost and founditems.
• Adheres to allsafety, security, chemical handling, and sanitation guidelines.
• Performs deep cleaningprojects and otherhousekeepingduties asassigned by management.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transport upto 30pounds regularly.
• Ability to movehousekeeping carts, linencarts, or equipmentweighing up to100 pounds.
• Ability tostand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, reach, andperform repetitive motionsthroughout an entireshift.
• Must be availableto work weekends, holidays, and flexibleOur guestsare at thecenter of everythingwe do. Aclean,comfortable, and well-maintained guest roomis essential tocreatingshifts based onhotel occupancy.

Work Habits:

To maintain apositive guest andassociateexperience, your workhabits should consistentlymeet or exceedhotel standards forcleanliness, productivity, dress, grooming, punctuality,and attendance. Youshould be adaptableto changing priorities, willing to learnnew procedures, ableto solve routineproblems independently,and ask forassistance whenever needed.Maintaining efficiencywhile ensuring qualityand attention todetail is essentialto success inthis role.

The safety andsecurity of ourguests and associatesisof the utmostimportance to Crescent. Every associate isexpected to followhotel safety andsecurity policies, includingproper chemical handling, use of personalprotective equipment, safelifting techniques, reportingmaintenanceor safety hazardspromptly, and protectingguest privacy andsecurity at alltimes.
