Guest Service Agent

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at our establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, checking guests in and out, making reservations, and addressing any guest inquiries or concerns.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations and provide information about services and amenities
- Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure guest satisfaction
