Guest Service Agent

Job Title: Remote Guest Service AgentHourly Pay: $15 - $21/hour

Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team! In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival

• Check guests in and out, ensuring accurate information

• Address guest inquiries about services, amenities, and local attractions

• Resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently, ensuring satisfaction

• Assist with reservations, updates, and cancellations

• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments

• Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly

• Process payments and provide accurate billing statements

• Handle guest requests like wake-up calls, transportation, or special accommodations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous customer service experience, ideally in hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Basic computer skills and hotel management software experience preferred
• Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
