You are the front-line face of fun! As the first person guests meet when entering the venue, you set an
energetic, welcoming tone for their entire visit while handling lane assignments and check-ins.
- Welcome Every Guest: Greet visitors warmly with high energy, explain entertainment packages, and answer questions about bowling, arcade specials, and dining options.
- Manage Bowling Flow: Assign open lanes, enter player rosters into the computerized scoring system, and issue rental bowling shoes in correct sizes.
- Cash & POS Handling: Operate point-of-sale registers accurately to process cash, credit cards, gift certificates, and arcade game cards with zero drawer discrepancies.
- Guest Communication: Answer incoming venue calls promptly, provide accurate pricing schedules, and route party planning calls to sales managers.
- Cleanliness & Staging: Maintain an organized, sanitized service counter and wipe down rental shoe shelves continuously throughout the shift.
