As a highly motivated Guest Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and engaging phone experience for guests.
- Book and confirm reservations while handling guest concerns with a cheerful attitude.
- Educate guests on current in-center promotions.
- Maintain center cleanliness and uphold corporate policies.
- Be a team player and assist with shifts as needed.
- A passion for people and sales!
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Flexibility to meet shift requirements, including weekends.
