Guest Service Representative

B5 Investments LLC is looking for a friendly and motivated Front Desk Guest Service Representative (GSR) to join our team in Watsonville, CA! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive and memorable first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications using property management systems
• Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to emails and online inquiries
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions, billing, and end-of-shift reporting accurately

Requirements:

• Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software is a plus
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills a plus given the Watsonville, CA community
