Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, or front desk requests as needed
- Respond to questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about services, policies, amenities, and local area resources
- Coordinate with internal teams to help resolve guest issues efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-facing workspace
- Process reservations, payments, or related transactions according to established procedures
- Document guest interactions, requests, and follow-up actions in appropriate systems
- Support daily operational tasks and contribute to a consistently positive guest experience
Qualifications
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to remain professional, calm, and helpful under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and standard office software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed

- Experience in a hotel, resort, retail, or other guest-facing environment
- Familiarity with reservation or property management systems
