Your role is key in creating a welcoming and seamless experience for every guest.Key Responsibilities:Efficiently book reservations and coordinate with the reservations center as neededCheck guests in and out promptly, using up-selling techniques to maximize revenuePrepare for group arrivals, VIP check-ins, and departuresMaintain confidentiality and handle guest records with integrityAnswer calls professionally and relay accurate messagesAddress minor guest concerns with empathy and resolve them promptly; escalate major issues when necessaryRespond to requests quickly and follow up to ensure guest satisfactionWhat We're Looking ForMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience (hospitality preferred)High school diploma or equivalent; or 6-12 months of related experienceStrong communication, organization, and time management skillsCommitment to delivering outstanding customer serviceFamiliarity with hospitality procedures and systemsAbility to lead by example and support team trainingYour First Few MonthsYou'll start by learning the ins and outs of our property and its amenities. Soon after, you'll support and lead front desk operations while helping our team provide exceptional guest experiences.
