Guest Services Attendant

The Phoenician Golf Club, located in Scottsdale, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Guest Services Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. As part of Troon, youll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the overall upkeep of Great Shots
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Assist in educating players regarding the game
• Direct start of play when necessary
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
• Assist with food and beverage activities
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• One month of related experience or training

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance
