The successful candidate:

Hours -Mon-Thurs 12:30pm-9pm and Friday 9-5:30pm

• Provides hospitality services to oncology patients and their families. Puts patients’ needs first,
• exhibiting sensitivity to the needs of patients and their family members. Orients them to the Outpatient
• Accommodations and hospital facilities to facilitate a positive experience, striving to exceed
• expectations. Caters to all clientele and provides exemplary service to those in his or her care.
• Consistently demonstrates service excellence by delivering thorough, responsive feedback to all
• patients and employees. Represents the Guest Services department by upholding the Mission, Vision,
• Values, Promise and Service Standards of the organization to deliver exceptional customer service at
• City of Hope Atlanta.

  Education/Experience Level:

  • High school graduate; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality setting preferred.

  Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Detail oriented
  • Team player
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of local area and its venues
  • Ability to operate a vehicle
  • Clean driving record
  • Strong computer skills. Medallion experience preferred.
  • Work well independently
