Job Title:Guidewire Applications Developer (Tech Lead)

Location: San Antonio, TX (Onsite)
Experience: 10+ years (Mid-Senior)
Education: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Guidewire Development & Configuration Hands-on development and customization of Guidewire (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter).
Team Leadership Lead and mentor onshore/nearshore/offshore teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Project Ownership Drive end-to-end Guidewire implementations in a fast-paced environment.
Domain Expertise Apply deep P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) knowledge to design and configure solutions.
Collaboration & Coaching Foster a positive team culture through mentorship and Agile best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

10+ years in IT, with 5+ years in Guidewire development & configuration.
Proven Guidewire implementation experience (not just maintenance/support).
Strong P&C Insurance domain knowledge (Auto, Home, Renters, etc.).
Leadership experience Managed dev teams in distributed environments.
Problem-solving mindset Ability to troubleshoot and optimize Guidewire apps.
