Roles & Responsibilities:
• GW PolicyCenter expertise with 10+ years of QE experience
• Define QE strategy – work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for product releases
• Oversee test planning – create, review and approve detailed test plans and test cases to ensure broad coverage of product requirements
• Coordinate testing efforts – manage and coordinate different types of testing, including regression, user acceptance testing (UAT) and performance testing
• Manage testing lifecycle – oversee the entire testing process, from the initial planning stages through test execution and final closure
• Review test documentation – ensure test cases, plans and reports are well documented, accurate and up to date
• Track defects – monitor problem and defect reports, ensuring they are documented, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
• Manage test environments – oversee and manage the tooling and environments used for both manual and automated testing
• Report progress to stakeholders – provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on the status of testing, quality metrics and project progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – act as a liaison with product owners and developers to ensure everyone is aligned on quality expectations and requirements
• Lead meetings – conduct regular meetings with the QA team and stakeholders to discuss projects status, issues, and risk minimization
