They're seeking an Experienced Gutter Installer with a strong background in exterior construction to join the field operations team. In this role, you will lead high-quality residential and commercial installations, uphold top safety standards, and deliver a five-star experience to property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality fabrication and installation of seamless gutters, gutter protection systems, downspouts, and fascia across both residential and light commercial properties.

• Measure, cut, and hang various profiles—including standard K-style and specialty half-round systems—ensuring proper pitch, alignment, and water flow.

• Serve as a professional, courteous representative on-site, answering client questions and conducting final walkthroughs to ensure complete satisfaction.

• Strictly adhere to company and industry safety standards, including daily ladder safety protocols, fall protection, and PPE usage.

• Assist in training and mentoring newer apprentice installers on proper techniques, tool handling, and quality control.

• Maintain clean, orderly job sites and ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are properly cared for and organized.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience & Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in seamless gutter installation and/or exterior architectural sheet metal work.

• Proven experience installing both K-style and half-round gutter systems, along with leaf/guard protection products.

• Comfort and proficiency working on extension ladders, roofs, and at elevated heights.

• Working knowledge of hand and power tools specific to exterior sheet metal and carpentry.

Certifications & Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record.

• OSHA 10/30 certification and/or formal ladder safety training is preferred (or willingness to obtain).

• Physical stamina to climb, bend, kneel, lift, and carry heavy materials (up to 50+ lbs) throughout the workday.

• Ability to work outdoors year-round across varying weather conditions and seasonal climates.

• Positive, team-first attitude with strong communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to work overtime hours during peak seasonal volumes.
