Required Qualifications:

- Hold a valid Virginia Cosmetology License or Virginia Barber License
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to reliably commute to Reston and/or Fairfax, Virginia
- Be available to work at least some of our priority scheduling needs listed below

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate:
- Holds a valid Virginia Cosmetology License or Virginia Barber License
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Delivers high-quality haircuts efficiently

- Is dependable and professional
- Is willing to work at either location as business needs require
- Has experience in a busy walk-in salon environment (preferred but not required)

Successful stylists on our team typically:
- Average 14–17 minute haircuts
- Maintain less than 3 minutes between customers
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Earn positive online reviews
- Recommend professional products when appropriate
- Contribute to a positive team culture
