As an RTE, you will act as a servant leader and chief coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) planning, facilitating, and executing Program Increment (PI) Planning, managing program-level risks, resolving cross-team dependencies, and driving continuous flow. As an Agile Coach, you will drive the adoption of the Lean-Agile mindset through Lean Portfolio Management, Agile delivery knowledge, and Agile lifecycle management tools while mentoring team members, Product Managers, System Architects, and Scrum Masters.
