Skilled Handyman/Craftsman – Independent Contractor

Handyman Connection of Eden Prairie is looking for experienced, dependable 1099 handymen for residential and light commercial projects throughout the Twin Cities.


We help keep your schedule full and handle much of the customer coordination so you can focus on the work.

What You'll Do

• Complete handyman and home-repair projects
• Provide quality workmanship and professional customer service
• Communicate with homeowners and our office team
• Keep jobsites clean and provide project updates as needed

Skills We're Looking For
Experience in several areas is preferred:

• General home repairs and punch lists
• Carpentry, doors, and trim
• Drywall and painting
• Flooring repair and installation 
• Bathroom and kitchen repairs
• Deck and exterior repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical knowledge

Requirements

• At least 3 years of construction or handyman experience
• Basic understanding of building codes
• Valid driver's license and reliable work vehicle
• Own tools and equipment
• Smartphone and internet access
• Liability and work comp insurance
• Good references
• Ability to pass a background check
